The 2-3’s access a welcoming space with a homely feel, providing comfort, continuity and stimulating opportunities. The adult to child ratio is 1-4, where each child is assigned a key person who will be responsible for your child's day to day care and is your first point of call for any questions. We strive to promote self-confidence through small group sessions with an emphasis on outdoor experiences, taking full advantage of the surrounding woodland. We provide an exciting environment for children of all ages, even the very young – to keep them stimulated, interested and happy. We implement learning activities to suit the child’s needs for learning including listening, speaking, movement, drawing and . We enjoy many outings using both public transport and our new minibus to local parks and local attractions. The children can enjoy the free flow from indoors to outdoors, choosing which environment they wish to explore. The children are encouraged to help themselves, to think independently and make calculated risks. The children at little rascals forge strong friendships with their peers and adults, developing self-esteem and social skills in preparation for moving to the pre school room.
